Peanut butter production

This short video was made by participants of Aranaputa village in the North Rupununi, Guyana, as part of field training in participatory video and traditional knowledge.

Here, we learn how the community grows and collects peanuts, and then processes them into the best peanut butter in the world!

It is part of the Traditional Knowledge in Conservation project funded by the Darwin Initiative, UK.
