In this video, members of the North Rupununi District Development Board (NRDDB), an Indigenous organisation representing the communities of the North Rupununi and who work closely with the Iwokrama International Centre, give their views on the relationship between the communities, NRDDB and Iwokrama, and how that pertains to the management of Iwokrama Forest.
It was made by Indigenous researcher Grace Albert of the Cobra Collective, and is part of the Traditional Knowledge in Conservation project funded by the Darwin Initiative, UK.
